Immune System Reacting

Called home around 3pm and asked is Bro better or not.
Around 5pm, Mum called and says that hospital called and confirmed that Bro has Dengue Fever. Wed had taken 1 day off from CPT Dave. He approved my OFF. Why I needed that OFF is because that I need to bring my Bro and Sis to go for Blood test on Wed. Dad went overseas for 2 weeks. I am really thankful to CPT Dave for giving me the OFF when I really need to use it.

When Sis woke up, she says that she is giddy. I was worried so I called the GP on his HP and asked him for advice. He says that it is not a symptom so we went to the GP before 1030. Today is his OFF day. They went for the Blood test again. But this time, I also see the doc for my bad sore throat. At around 7pm, the GP called back and say that the results for both came out good. My Bro platelets are increasing and my Sis platelets also increasing. But my mother was worried because my Bro high fever always reacts just before he sleeps. So the GP said if the temperature goes up again, bring him to take Blood test again tomorrow to be confirmed that he is recovering. Knowing that I might need to bring my Bro for Blood test tomorrow, I called CPT Dave and ask permission to take another OFF tomorrow. He asked me to take my OFF till Fri and looked after my Bro and Sis knowing that my Dad is at overseas. I am very grateful to him allowing me to take my OFF when I need it.

Health Is Important

Fri Nite, my brother and sister both had high fever about 39 degrees. So on sat morning, brought them to our family doc. Mother was worried reason there were cases of Dengee Fever around our area. At our family doc, he took both of them blood samples for blood test and he say will give us a call once the results is out. After seen the doc, both of them came home and sleep. But I interrupted there rest every hr after another making sure that they drink at least 500ml. Reason for doing that is just in case of dehydration they still have water.
After mother came back, she took over and look over them. I once a while go take a look.
Then realize my sis started to have rashes. It was the anti-biotics that she is allergic to it.
Until about 4 plus, mother say that their temperature still high even after taken medicine for 3 – 4 hrs. She started to worried, called my dad back from work. Then decided to bath them to cool down their temperature for the time being. When dad is back about 5plus, we all went to the 24hrs clinic at the Mount Alvernia Hospital. Before that, we thought should have just brought to the 24hrs clinic at AMK. But I think that it is not a good choice as my brother already taken the medicine and has no effect. Seeing another GP may not help. So we decided to go to Mount Alvernia.
Upon reaching there, my brother’s temperature was 41.9 Degrees. The doc made arrangements to cool him down and was admitted to ICU. Reason being, his symptom was near to the same as Dengee. Within 30-45mins, brother’s temperature was lowered to 39 degrees.
Luckily, my sis was better her temperature was 39 degrees. She need not admit into the hospital. She was given a blood test for assurance too. While waiting for her medicine and results, our family doc called up and informed us of the results and asked how was them. Results came out virual infection and indeed the results at the Hospital was also the same.

JB Trip Completed

Day 1

Went to Taman Sentosa to eat Ba Koot Deh. It was a delicious. I havent been there a long time le. After that we walked to The Store and look see look see. I havent been there before. When we were inside. 1st floor Air-con was okie but as we go higher, the place is getting more humid. So we left another shopping mall. We went to Pelengi Plaza. Over there, we had comb the place and had coffee. When it was nearing 2pm, we bought some tibits and cup noodles for the nite and left for the Hotel. The place that we stayed is the Eden Hotel. Duty Free shopping also at that area. Afer check in, we unload our stuffs and took a short rest. By then its about 3pm. Then the weather didnt stayed sunny. We had make changes to plans and go look see look see around the Duty Free shopping. The Duty Free shopping of liquor there is cheap. Its around the same price with DFS at the airport afer conversion to our currency.
After touring around there, it was still pouring. Decided to back to the hotel to take a rest. Finally the rain stopped. We went down to the nearby shophouses and grap some seafood. I was looking forward to Crayfish !!! But then I think it is due to the weather. The crayfish did not arrived at the shop that we ate. So we had Crab instead. Sad :-(

Day 2

Woke up at 8am but laze until 10am. Then go for breakfast. Checked out at 11am. Went to City Square after that. Had Karako "Neway" till 430pm. The Neway was so shiok. 134RM for 4 persons. Which is around 16 SGD, for a room for 8 people. I think its worth it. My friends rushed for a quick shopping till 530pm. After that came back to SG.

JB Trip

Today is the Trip ! Had a bad week. So I have to enjoy while i can. Seafood Yummy ! Look on the bright side of life.

A day on Duty

Well. Moved the office arrangement today. And officer have not been informed hehe. Lets see what he says tomorrow.

I am looking forward to Sat. Wondering will i enjoy or not hehe.

Well as for the CommuniAsia, I can go out then not sure any1 accompanying me to go. Sigh.

Well. Things are fine in office. We just got a Toaster so that in case if we have to OverTime. At least we can make something to eat. Will have funds for the food collected from people.

Over the weekend, I watched "The Pacifier" with Hualian, Teck, Soo Hai, Boon, Yongxing & Yongxin GF. It was a good show. Nice to destress.

Launch of NDP'05 Logo

Well folks. The logo have been launched. You can catch it on today's news or tomorrow newspapers. Well i find that is not really nice hehe. Its kind of same as previous year. Well. Today is the 1st Media Brief for NDP. Well the 5th, 7th and the 8th Media Brief, my unit will be handling it. So its about to start my nightmare. Hope everythings goes well. Especially, the costumes and props always give problem.

Upcoming Short Trip

Going for a 2day 1nite JB trip with my poly friends.
I think it is not a wise choice to stay over there because JB the hotspots can be covered in a day time.
Going to stay in the so called Duty Free shopping area which the hotel name is Eden Gardens.
So folks you might not get me on one of the weekend.

Well for the progress of NDP. Contact for all the tenders should be signed and decided. Well i think have to finalize for all the things. But i think althought how much do to finalize with the Cheorgraphers, eventually if there isnt black and white, there will bound to have changes and we have no choice to change it.

Which i find this is very the irritating and stupid. Just because they are the creative people and have to change.

Well the Official Logo for NDP'05 is out. But I dont think i can upload for all to see now. If not more trouble will come to myself.

After NDP, the trip i am looking forward is to go is hongkong which is end of the year.
